Welcoming all new residents
The Membership Committee Co-ordinator securely manages the current membership information and leads the Membership Drive each spring.
Working with the team of VCA
Welcome Ambassadors, all new residents of the Village are welcomed to the community and encouraged to join the VCA.
Loyalty Partners: This is an initiative of the Membership Committee. To support local businesses and provide a benefit to our membership, a discount or other benefit is negotiated for VCA members. In return, the businesses are promoted to our membership in our newsletter, on our website, and included on our Membership cards.
If you did not receive your
new resident welcome package please contact me!
Social Committee
The VCA Social Committee's goal is to nurture and grow the sense of community within The Village by organizing various events, including the Sunset Social, Winter Mingle Warm-Up, Annual Christmas Tree Lighting and the Annual VCA Golf Tournament.

The Village Round Table
The Village Round Table was established in the Fall of 2018 as a hands-on, street-level working group, with the following objectives: To facilitate dialogue and foster a general spirit of co-operation and community between the various areas of The Village, to share experiences and be of assistance to each other on current Village issues, to investigate any possible economies of scale that can be achieved by joining forces with our neighbours; and to raise issues to the VCA Executive where appropriate. Holiday Decorating Committee
The Village is known for the spectacular Holiday lights and displays through the holidays each year. This is all done by the Holiday Decorating Committee who also inventory and store all the lights and props used each year.
Led by Village resident Dale DesIslets and many Elves.

Gardening Committee
We are fortunate to have five parkettes within The Village. One of them has gardens planted and maintained by the Gardening Committee. Liaising with the Town, plants are ordered, planted, beds weeded through the summer and cleared in the fall. And we are fortunate to have volunteers to assist. The Committee also maintains the plant beds around the two Community Mailboxes in The Village as well. In 2017 The Village was instrumental in the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake winning the Communities in Bloom award. The Judges reviewed both The Village summer gardens as well as our Christmas displays in making their decision.
