The Village Community Association

The Mission of the VCA is to foster a harmonious community, provide a strong voice within the municipality, and preserve/enhance the beauty of The Village.  To accomplish this mission, the VCA creates committees and engages residents, provides regular communication via newsletters and the website, and maintains relationships with key members of the NOTL municipality. Several social activities are planned throughout the year to give residents opportunities to socialize.

Our ByLaws cover aspects such as membership, fees, Executive Board roles and responsibilities, standing committees, and meetings of members.  Our membership year is from May 1 to April 30.  Dues are payable at the time of joining the Association, and by May 1 for renewal.  Fees are established annually.  Fees help to cover holiday lighting, maintenance of the gardens, maintenance of our Little Libraries and insurance.  (Revised/reviewed August 2024)
